BOX LACROSSE: the best way to develop and refine the skills necessary to improve your game — both in the box and on the field.
WHAT IS BOX LAX?
Box lacrosse combines all elements of the field game at turbo speed. Box lax is played in a small, enclosed arena with only six players on the turf at a time (one goalie and five "runners").
In youth box lacrosse there are no defensive or offensive positions; rather, all players carry a short stick and play defense, transition, and offense.
WHY PLAY BOX LAX?
Box lacrosse demands a finesse and precision unlike any other game. The intense and quick pace of small-area play forces players of all positions to perform with incredible speed and accuracy.
Across the country, box lacrosse is increasingly being recognized as the most effective way to develop the skills necessary to excel in the field game.
"If I had my choice, I would have every player under the age of 12 play box lacrosse exclusively or at least a majority of the time. The number of touches of the ball and the ability to develop better stick skills in a game of box lacrosse far surpasses what happens on a field."

"I knew that if I wanted to be one of the best players in the world, I would need to dedicate myself to both the indoor and the outdoor game. Playing indoor lacrosse has been a great thing for my career."
